How much does a website cost?
Standard local-business website builds are $1,499 and include 1–3 essential pages, mobile-first design, clear customer-contact actions, basic local-search setup, analytics, and one revision round. Additional pages, e-commerce, custom features, advanced integrations, or extensive copywriting may be separately quoted if we are able to provide them.
How does payment work?
Website Build payment is split into two installments: 50% is due before work begins, and the remaining 50% is due before the website is launched or transferred to the live domain.
What is Website Care?
Website Care is optional ongoing care available only for websites built and launched by Kocomo Consulting. It is $199 per month with a three-month initial term and includes monitoring, file backup and version history, basic website checks, one small monthly update, and a Google Business Profile accuracy check.
Can I purchase Website Care for a website another company built?
No. Website Care is available exclusively for websites built and launched by Kocomo Consulting. This allows us to use a consistent setup and provide support within a clearly defined scope.
What is a Local Business Action Plan Session?
It is a paid 60-minute working session focused on one lead, customer-contact, or workflow problem. You receive a written one-page Action Plan with three priorities and a practical next step. The session is $199 and does not require you to purchase a website.
Will I own my website and domain?
Yes. You retain ownership of your domain and business content. We document the setup and provide a straightforward process if you decide to transfer the website.

Terms of service Governing law · Missouri
- /Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri.
- /Website Build scope. The standard Local Business Website Build is $1,499 and includes 1–3 essential pages. Major redesigns, additional pages, custom development, e-commerce, advanced integrations, advertising, unlimited edits, daily social-media management, third-party platform problems, and after-hours emergency support are excluded unless separately quoted.
- /Website Build payment. Payment is split into two installments: 50% is due before work begins, and the remaining 50% is due before the website is launched or transferred to the live domain.
- /Website Care eligibility. Website Care is available only to clients whose website was built and launched by Kocomo Consulting.
- /Website Care billing and term. Website Care is billed at $199 per month and requires an initial three-month term. After the initial term, Website Care continues month to month. A client must provide 30 days' written notice to cancel Website Care after the initial term.
- /No guarantees. Kocomo Consulting does not guarantee website uptime, security, rankings, traffic, calls, leads, sales, or revenue.
- /Third-party services. Kocomo Consulting is not responsible for third-party hosting-provider outages, domain-registration or renewal failures, third-party subscription failures, or inaccurate client-provided information or content.
- /Ownership. You retain ownership of your domain and business content. A straightforward transfer process is available if you ever decide to move your website.
- /Client responsibility. You are responsible for the accuracy of business information, photos, and content you supply for your website.
- /Right to decline. Kocomo Consulting may decline services outside the standard Website Build or Website Care scope.
- /Limitation of liability. Our maximum liability is strictly capped at the total amount you paid for the service.

- /What we collect. Name, business name, email, phone, service area, industry, and the details you share about your website project, including any optional description you provide of a service not listed on this site.
- /Purpose. All collected data is used solely to review your request and deliver the website build, Website Care, or Action Plan Session you engage us for.
- /No sale. Your personal data is never sold, rented, or shared for behavioral advertising.
- /Tools we use. We rely on standard form, hosting, and analytics tools to receive your request and build and monitor your site.
- /Data retention. Retained only as long as necessary to deliver the service, then deleted on request.
